'Hi, I’m glad you found me! I'm Anna, an independent celebrant based in Leigh-on-Sea. I write and deliver ceremonies for weddings and vow renewals, naming days, and celebrations of life across Essex, London and the surrounding area.
I'm not affiliated with any religion or institution. I work for you. I get to know you, your person, your story and create a ceremony that is entirely, beautifully yours. Every ceremony I create holds every feeling a milestone brings.

I want your, or your loved one's story, to be told the way only it can be. Reflecting the humour, the contradictions, the quiet moments and the big ones. There’s no one-size-fits-all ceremony, just something as unique as the people it's written for, shaped entirely by what you share with me.
Whatever the occasion, I also bring a calm pair of hands to what can feel like an overwhelming time. The care and organisation I've carried forward from my previous career means every detail is looked after, so you can simply be present and let the moment be what it needs to be.
I didn't choose to become a celebrant so much as I was drawn to it, shaped by every experience life has given me along the way. I trained and was certified as a wedding, naming and funeral celebrant by the Academy of Modern Celebrancy and it's a vocation I feel genuinely called to.
I don't take the trust you place in me lightly and it means everything when you choose me to be part of your day.
This is me at my own wedding. A day I still carry with me. It taught me what it means to truly feel a ceremony, not just witness one.
